Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you are still unhappy and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days, within the 60 days period covered by our money back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

To expedite your return, please provide us with your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

We take special care to ensure your order arrives safely. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.
Minor packaging damage (such as a dented box) that doesn’t affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact.hallowave@gmail.com and attaching a clear photo of the damage.
Once reviewed, we’ll determine if you qualify for a free replacement.

Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.
