Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

During peak times or holidays, our processing period may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays, delivery issues, or even order cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

We also recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. They may require your tracking number and order details.

While Hallowave is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside of our refund policy, we will do everything possible to support you through the process.
In certain situations, we may offer a replacement, depending on the outcome of the claim and availability.

If your package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report for further documentation.
